Services provided may include security safeguarding services, Facility Management Services, Armed Guards & PSO Services, and Security with In House Automation Solutions.

Service Agreement: The client agrees to enter into a service agreement with 3S Security Solutions, outlining the specific services to be provided, the duration of the agreement, and any additional terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by 3S Security Solutions is due as outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or termination of services.

Confidentiality: 3S Security Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and business operations disclosed during the course of providing services.

Liability: While 3S Security Solutions takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of its clients, it shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of its services, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.

Insurance: 3S Security Solutions maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against liability arising from its services. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for additional protection.

Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice to the other party, subject to any termination provisions outlined in the agreement.
